MOMS GROUP – Wednesday Mornings

Once a week during the school year, moms in different seasons of life get together on Wednesday mornings for Mom to Mom and are transformed through adult conversation, coffee and a potluck style breakfast, prayers, laughter, tears, and encouragement.

THIS IS THE REGISTRATION FORM FOR THE WINTER 2020 SESSION. PLEASE REGISTER ANY CHILDREN YOU WILL BE PLACING IN CHILDCARE AS WELL!

We encourage you to register even if you would prefer to pay with a check or cash at the door on the first day, simply choose pay later. If you would like to talk with someone about a payment plan or potential scholarships, please email Jamie at jdevens@gracebibleag.com in the church office.

We offer childcare on Wednesday mornings from 9:15am until 11:45am allowing 15 minutes prior to and following Mom to Mom. This hopefully gives you time to arrive, check your kids in, and give them hugs so that you can be at Mom to Mom at 9:30 when they start. Life happens though, and we understand that, and will be able to check in kids all morning if needed.

Anytime we have kids in our care, we do our best to love them like Jesus would … our childcare workers have been vetted by GBC Staff, have gone through child safeguard training, and have current background checks on file.

WHAT WILL  THE KIDS EXPERIENCE?
While in childcare, the kids will enjoy age appropriate playtime and a light gluten-free snack. The kids that are age 2 years and up will also have a short Bible lesson and activity.  If you would like to help prep any crafts for us, please email Jamie in the church office at jdevens@gracebibleag.com.

DROFF-OFF / PICK-UP
When you arrive at Mom to Mom you will electronically check-in yourself (receiving one name tag for you to wear) and your children. If you have not pre-registered your children for childcare, we may ask you to fill out a New Families Registration Form. We will then electronically check your kids into our care for the morning.

You will receive two stickers … place one on your child and hand the other one to the lead worker in your child’s classroom.  You will also receive one security tag (no matter how many kids you are checking in). When you pick up your child later in the morning, head straight to their classroom and show the lead childcare workers the code (it will correspond with the code on your child’s name tag) on your security sticker  to safety check out your children.

WHEN SHOULD YOU KEEP YOUR CHILDREN HOME?
We do our best to maintain healthy classrooms. But, kids are kids and it seems like there is always something going on … so, when should you definitely keep your kids home?

*If they have had a fever over 100 degrees within the last 24 hours
*Diarrhea that has lasted for longer than 12 hours
*Consistent productive cough
*Green runny noses (clear runny nose is fine)
*If they have had or been exposed to lice or any other contagious disease within the last 3 days

If you wouldn’t let your Grandma hold them because you don’t want her to get sick, then don’t bring them to us!
