VBS @ Grace Bible Church is for kids who will be 5 years old by 9/1/20 through entering 6th grade in Fall 2019. Nursery and preschool programing is available for on-site volunteers. Space is limited.

The cost per attendee has yet to be determined. It will be payable at the time of registration and covers a t-shirt for each child, activities, and supplies. Therefore, this registration fee is non-refundable. If you are in a season of financial hardship and are unable to pay the registration fee, please contact us prior to registering your child(ren).

Upon completion of the registration process you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive that email, let us know and we will see if we have proof of registration!

We have a limited number of spots available for VBS, which is determined by the size of our Worship Center. Open registration will close once we reach 650 spots claimed. At that time we will start a waitlist, and will pull kids off of it as spots open up!

We spend a lot of time in prayer doing our best to place kids in groups that they will travel with from station to station each day during VBS. We place kids onto either boy or girl groups that are separated into three age groups (Kinder/1st Grade, 2nd/3rd Grade, and 4th/5th/6th Grade). We do our best to honor friend requests, however it doesn't always work out. From our experience however, kids make wonderful friends no matter who they are placed with!

Yes! It takes over 200 volunteers to successfully execute VBS! All prospective volunteers must register online. Upon completion of registration form, we will place you in a position and confirm we have a current background check on file. All volunteers (regardless of how many times you have served in the past) are required to attend a training meeting. At this meeting we will go over the theme of this year's VBS, provide updated 2020 procedures, traveling locations, rules, safety information, etc.

Yes! Students who will be in 7th through 12th grade in the Fall of 2020 can volunteer!

Click on the registration link (when registration opens in May)! You will register as a volunteer (either adult or student) and during the registration process you will answer questions pertaining to where you would prefer to serve.

All on-site VBS 2019 volunteers MUST attend ONE of the following training meetings! These meeting dates will be released in the spring. Childcare is provided for each scheduled meeting.
