Dear Parents:

Our dedication and passion for reaching kids with the Gospel is stronger than ever due to Covid-19.  As the GBC Awana Leadership looks ahead to the fall, churches are still unable to worship together in large groups and schools will be beginning the year with Distance Learning.  We feel that now is the time for parents to be the church in their kid’s lives and to help shape their child’s identity in Christ.  We know with confidence that Awana can be a valuable partner with you to continue helping you teach your children God’s Word.  Remember, it’s still all about the Word of God - helping kids understand and know the Bible and helping them walk in a relationship with Him for a lifetime.

If you would like to partner with us to continue your child’s spiritual journey at home, please email DeeDee Foat by SEPTEMBER 1ST, fill out the Registration Form (click here) and the age-appropriate handbook will be ordered.  On the Registration Form, (1) you can choose to listen to your Child’s verses OR (2) you can have a trained volunteer listen to your child’s verses by phone/video recitation (available depending upon number of willing volunteers).

Handbook distribution will be on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15 from 6-7 p.m. in the GBC Courtyard.  All handbooks are $15 each.  Cash or a check made out to GBC Awana will be accepted.  Please be courteous and safe by wearing a face mask.

Draw near to the Father in prayer to help understand Him more and allow Him to work in our lives and in the lives of others with love.
